Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day
  • During new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

From time to time, Plana Beauty may offer:

Order Tracking

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.

If your package is:

  • Delayed in transit
  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Lost

Please contact us, and we'll work with you to help resolve the issue with the carrier whenever possible.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
